Concert Singers of Cary has been committed to planning since its beginnings. Our founders spent most of the 1990-91 year planning the chorus before opening the doors to audition prospects. A long-range plan was commissioned by Dambach & Associates of Crownsville MD in 1992 and refined by a Planning and Programming Committee through 1994. A leadership retreat moderated by Robert Sigmon of Learning Design Initiatives of Raleigh revisited strategic objectives in June 1997 and March 2000. Most recently, the Board of Directors adopted a revised Strategic Plan at its May 2005 meeting.
