About the Fuller S. Blunt Scholarship
Members of the Scholarship Committee
The Concert Singers of Cary in Cary, NC will offer the annual Fuller Blunt Memorial Scholarship in memory of its founder again during Spring 2008. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating North Carolina high school senior who has been accepted and will be entering a college or university in the fall of 2008 as Music major. It will be a one-time award of $1000 paid directly to the college of choice at the beginning of the 2008 academic year. The music scholarship application and the recommendation form are available below.
How Applicants Are Judged:
Applicants will be judged upon the following criteria:
Three copies of a recording of the applicant's performance must be submitted with the application. It should include no more than three selections of varying styles and must be provided on CD.
All applications, recommendations, and audition CDs must be postmarked no later than March 10, 2008 and submitted to:

If needed, personal interviews and or live auditions may be scheduled by the scholarship committee to complete the selection process. The scholarship will be awarded in May 2008. The scholarship committee will notify all applicants by letter of its decision regarding their applications.
